DWG CPA PLLC is a full-service accounting firm formed in the State of Texas in 2005. Since inception, the mission of DWG CPA has been to provide the highest quality of professional accounting and tax services to small businesses. The firm was developed as a new organization structure to transition the business activity of the sole proprietor accounting practice of Darrell W. Groves, CPA that was active in Texas since 1991. In recent years, DWG CPA has expanded its scope of services to provide audit and accounting support services for non-profits and state, local and federal governmental entities.

CPA - Stands for Certified Public Accountant. A CPA is a trusted financial advisor who helps individuals, businesses, and other organizations plan and reach their financial goals. All CPAs are accountants, but not all accountants are CPAs. As would be expected, CPAs undergo a rigorous examination in order to attain their license and must refresh their knowledge annually via mandatory continuing education requirements. DWG CPA takes pride in the fact that it has been licensed to practice in Texas since 1991. While our primary office location is in Sugar Land, Texas, we serve the entire Greater Houston area.
